
Though I do not have a studio, I am excited to help you relieve stress and meet your goals. I currently offer online and small, in-person, "come-to-you" classes. I specialize in curated offerings, adjusting your class to meet your needs.
How are the classes curated? We chat about your goals and desires for your session--everything from favorite poses, to skill level, to music that helps you get in your desired mindset. All abilities and experience levels are welcome; more to the point, ALL PEOPLE are welcome.
In addition to what many think of when they think of a yoga class (asana), I am also thrilled to share a lesser known form of yoga, called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is more like a form of guided meditation, which has been shown to have tremendous physical, mental, and emotional health benefits with consistent practice.
