I offer a variety of themed asana classes, from slow and soothing to upbeat, lose-yourself in the music and flow sessions. All abilities and experience levels are welcome; more to the point, ALL PEOPLE are welcome.
In addition to what many think of when they think of a yoga class (asana), I am also thrilled to share a lesser known form of yoga, called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is more like a form of guided meditation, which has been shown to have tremendous physical, mental, and emotional health benefits with consistent practice.
I currently offer online and small, in-person, "come-to-you" classes. I specialize in bespoke offerings, adjusting your class to meet your needs.
